AMP KiwiSaver Performance – May 2022

Written by

Using the most recent returns and fund update reports from May 2022, We will be examining AMP KiwiSaver Performance by taking a look at the latest news, information, fees, fund investments, and data, such as fund performance and returns.

AMP Investment Management was established in 1849, and its KiwiSaver Scheme is one of the biggest in New Zealand. They are distinct from many other providers in that they feature funds from other managers in addition to their own. As a result, a customer might use AMP to invest in an ANZ or ASB KiwiSaver fund.

During the first week of May, a global sell-off commenced, led by U.S. technology firms, which recorded their largest one-day fall since June 2020. Investors across the world are frightened by high inflation and rising interest rates after the US Federal Reserve’s decision to increase interest rates by 0.50% compared to its prior projection, putting pressure on other central banks around the world to perform aggressive hikes to combat inflation.
